Introducing ParentSquare: LCSD's New Communication Platform
Lyon County School District is excited to announce the launch of ParentSquare as our new districtwide communication platform. Beginning this summer and ahead of the 2026-2027 school year, ParentSquare will become the primary way families, staff, schools, and district offices communicate.
This transition brings school, district, classroom, activities, and athletics communication into one convenient location, making it easier for families and staff to stay informed, connected, and engaged from a computer or mobile device.
How Do I Get Started?
Beginning June 1, 2026, LCSD families will receive an email invitation from ParentSquare to activate their account. Simply click the link in the email and follow the registration steps. If you do not see the invitation in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you do not receive an invitation, please ensure your contact information is up-to-date in Infinite Campus. Families may also visit www.parentsquare.com and register using the email address associated with their student's school records. Families with students attending multiple schools only need to activate one ParentSquare account to access information for all their students.
Throughout the summer, families are encouraged to activate their accounts and familiarize themselves with the platform. Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, school and district communications will be delivered through ParentSquare via email, text message, voice notifications, and the ParentSquare mobile app.

StudentSquare for Secondary Students
Students in grades 6-12 will also have access to StudentSquare, a companion platform designed specifically for student communication. StudentSquare will be used for school activities, athletics, clubs, and other student-related communications. Students can access StudentSquare through their school-issued device or by downloading the mobile app.
